Who we are

LIKHA LOVE — My Journey Back to Self is operated by Likha Love, Australia. Contact: support@likhalove.com.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google or Apple. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash.

Content you create: journal entries, love letters, notes, voice memos, drawings, vision-board photos, private real-outfit photos with dates, captions and favourites, calendar and tracker entries (including period, ovulation, mood and movement), check-ins, challenges, manifestation lists, guided-practice reflections and LIKHA LOVE CHAT conversations.

Basic technical data needed to run the service securely, such as sign-in timestamps and error logs. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How we use it

Only to provide the app to you: saving and restoring your content across devices, keeping you signed in, and generating responses in LIKHA LOVE CHAT and custom AI stickers.

When you use LIKHA LOVE CHAT or the AI sticker maker, the text you send is processed by our AI provider to create a reply. It is not used to train AI models and is not stored by the provider.

Real-photo outfit diary

Your outfit photos and diary details are saved privately to your account so they remain available when you return or change devices. We store the original uploaded photo without retouching or AI processing. Original files may contain camera or location metadata; we do not extract or use that location information. Outfit photos are not sent to an AI service or made public.

Replacing or deleting a fit removes the old photo from active storage, with retries if cleanup is interrupted. During the seven-day account-deletion grace period your diary is retained; cancellation preserves it. Permanent account deletion removes the diary and its photos from active storage. Database backups can retain diary details for up to approximately 14 days; these database backups do not include photo files.

Health information

Cycle, mood and wellbeing entries are sensitive. They are private to your account, never shared, and used only to show them back to you.

Who can see it

Other members cannot access your private content. Every record is locked to your account by database security rules. Photos, voice memos and artworks are kept in private storage. Nothing is ever shared publicly unless you choose to export or share it yourself. Private storage is not end-to-end encryption: our hosting provider and authorised operators may access data when required to operate or support the service.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with our secure cloud hosting provider and encrypted in transit. It may be processed outside Australia.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time in the app (You → Account settings → Delete my account) or on the web at /delete-account. Your account is locked immediately and everything is permanently erased after 7 days. Sign back in within those 7 days to cancel.

If you bought something in the app, we keep only a minimal anonymous purchase reference (the product, store and a scrambled transaction code) after deletion. It contains no name, email, profile or personal content, and is kept only so a legitimate purchase can be restored and purchase records maintained.

Children

LIKHA LOVE is intended for adults aged 17 and over and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you may access, correct or delete your information. Email support@likhalove.com and we will respond within 30 days.
